CompucomStaffing in Bloomfield, CT is seeking a Desktop Support Technician to join our client's team onsite. You will provide IMAC support, end-user assistance, image work, and device provisioning to keep end users productive.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years desk-side experience, working knowledge of Windows and Office, basic networking, plus strong communication and troubleshooting skills. The position includes a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of desk side support experience.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems.
• Experience with MS Office Suite and basic business applications.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Basic understanding of networks, telecom, and computing.

Responsibilities

• Provide IMAC (install, move, add, change), break-fix and end-user support.
• Stage, build, and image systems with standard client images.
• Complete assigned projects on time.
• Follow asset management policies and procedures.
