A3 Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Desktop Support Technician for a 100% onsite role in Buffalo, NY. You will provide direct end-user IT support, handle Windows OS and Microsoft Office in an enterprise environment, and assist with hardware setup and imaging.

Responsibilities include imaging, image recovery, VPN/WiFi support, account rights management, and delivering GREAT customer service while maintaining systems and troubleshooting issues for end users.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting Windows OS and Microsoft Office in enterprise environments.
• Strong customer service and end-user communication skills.
• Ability to setup and configure hardware and peripherals.
• Experience with imaging and image recovery processes.
• Knowledge of VPN and WiFi connectivity troubleshooting.
• Team-oriented with willingness to assist others and train staff.

Responsabilités

• Provide 100% onsite desktop support to end users in the enterprise.
• Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair computer systems and peripherals.
• Install and configure hardware and software packages.
• Imaging and image recovery as needed.
• Support and maintain user accounts, security, and groups.
• Assist with IMACs and large hardware deployments.
• Provide excellent customer service during interactions.
• Document and track hardware and software changes.

Desktop Support Technician - Direct hire opportunity.

100% onsite support.

Must be US Citizen.

Job Details:

• 8-5 Monday-Friday, no on call.
• Support of Windows OS/Microsoft Office Suite in an enterprise environment with direct interactions with the end user.
• Maintains, analyzes, troubleshoots, and repairs computer systems, hardware and computer peripherals.
• Desktop and Network Support
• Ability to setup, configure and add all hardware.
• Assist Corporate Desk Side Support technicians with large IMAC’s.
• Documents, maintains, upgrades or replaces hardware and software systems.
• Supports and maintains user account information including rights, security and systems groups.
• Trains employees, identifies, analyzes, and repairs product failures, orders and replaces parts as needed.
• Determines and recommends which products or services best fit the customers' needs.
• Imaging and image recovery.
• Experience doing break / fix repairs on desktops, laptops.
• Install / Re-install various software packages and updates.
• WiFi and VPN connections; Support of wireless devices.
• GREAT Customer Service skills.
