Responsibilities
Repair, test, image and clean PCs, laptops, monitors, printers, and related hardware.
Maintain, analyze, and troubleshoot software and peripherals; set up and configure hardware.
Perform install, move, add, and change; handle IMAC events for printer migration and PC refreshes.
Ensure tickets receive follow-up and appropriate attention.
Provide in-person end-user support onsite at the customer's site.
Back up and burn end user data; assist in documenting process improvements.
Assist coworkers and Site Leader in issue resolution and escalations.
