Qualifications

• 3–5 years of desktop support in an enterprise IT environment.
• Strong troubleshooting experience with Windows, hardware, and software.
• Hands-on experience supporting Microsoft 365 apps and services.
• Working knowledge of Active Directory, including user administration.
• Basic LAN understanding, connectivity troubleshooting, and secure printing.
• Experience with Windows, iOS, Android, and Linux platforms.
• Experience with PC imaging, deployment, and endpoint management.
• Excellent customer service and face-to-face support skills.
• Ability to work on-site five days per week in Fort Washington, PA.

Responsibilities

• Provide deskside and remote technical support for desktops, laptops, peripherals, software, and mobile devices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, OS, connectivity, and end-user issues.
• Perform PC imaging, configuration, deployment, upgrades, and lifecycle management.
• Support Microsoft 365 applications, Active Directory, and user access management.
• Diagnose LAN connectivity issues and assist with secure printing configurations.
• Support Windows, iOS, Android, and Linux operating systems.
• Provide technical support for audiovisual equipment and conference room systems.
• Assist with testing environments and lab-related technology.
• Maintain IT asset inventory, documentation, and service desk records.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, networking, security, and other IT teams.
