Qualifications

• Experience in desktop support and hands-on IT operations.
• Strong knowledge of hardware/software troubleshooting, networking basics (DHCP, DNS).
• Experience with Office 365 support.

Responsibilities

• Installing, configuring, and maintaining desktop computers and software.
• Hardware/software troubleshooting and resolution.
• Perform IMAC services for IT assets and support mobile devices.
• Offer VIP support and manage audio-visual technologies.
• L1 level network troubleshooting for LAN Connectivity.
• Maintain IT inventory and coordinate vendor support.
• Document incidents and resolutions for knowledge base.
