Responsibilities

• Provide on-site desktop and technical support to end users.
• Configure, install, and deploy computers and related equipment.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and peripheral issues.
• Respond to, track, and manage support tickets through a ticketing system, preferably ServiceNow.
• Support workstation setup, upgrades, and replacements.
• Deliver responsive customer service and clear technical assistance.
