Job summary

ASB Resources in Newark, NJ is seeking a Desktop Engineer for a fully onsite 1st shift (Tuesday to Saturday, 8am-4:30pm) to support users in person, by phone, email, and remote access.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting hardware/software, installing on workstations, imaging PCs, and managing AD/Exchange. You will also work with IT and SLA teams on projects, while maintaining asset records and collaborating with vendors.

Qualifications

• Experience in desktop support and troubleshooting hardware/software across workstations.
• Proficient in Windows AD and Exchange administration.
• Experience with LAN/WAN, DHCP/DNS and printer systems is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide level 1 & 2 desktop support onsite and remotely as needed.
• Install hardware/software on workstations and re-image PCs.
• Manage Windows Active Directory and Exchange environments.
• Troubleshoot network and connectivity issues for large office setups.
• Work with IT and SLA teams on maintenance and configuration projects.
• Maintain accurate asset management records and coordinate with vendors.
