Job summary

• Familiarity with Active Directory user administration and account support.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Citrix, and printer installations.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for common hardware issues.

Responsibilities

• Configure, image, and deploy 60-80 desktop and laptop systems
• Perform workstation setup, software installation, and basic system configuration
• Transfer user data from legacy devices to new systems
• Install and support Microsoft Office, Citrix, printers, and related peripherals
• Troubleshoot Tier 1 issues involving hardware, monitors, keyboards, mice, phones, and connectivity
• Maintain clean, organized workstation installations with proper cable management
• Document and manage support requests using ServiceNow
• Provide basic end-user guidance during equipment rollouts and installations
