Job summary

Pacer Group is seeking a Deskside Level 2 Support Technician to provide on-site hardware and software support in Memphis, TN. You will resolve end-user device issues, document resolutions in ServiceNow, and maintain devices across manufacturing environments.

This 14-month contract role focuses on uptime, SLA adherence, and coordinating with vendors for warranty repairs, working within the on-site Deskside Services team under the Regional Service Manager.

Qualifications

• Provide Level 2 technical support to resolve hardware and software problems related to end-user devices.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 2 technical assistance and support to resolve hardware and software problems related to end-user devices.
• Update service tickets with accurate and timely records of work performed and resolution details using ServiceNow ITSM.
• Deploy, configure, and maintain end-user devices including desktops, laptops, and mobile hardware.
• Troubleshoot operating systems, LAN/WAN connection issues, and coordinate hardware warranty repairs with third-party vendors.
• Raise and coordinate problem management issues while strictly maintaining SLA and KPI compliance.
