Responsibilities

• Image and deploy devices; configure laptops, desktops, tablets, printers, scanners.
• Maintain device inventory and asset lifecycle.
• Handle Tier 1 tickets; document requests and escalate when needed.
• Provide on-site IT support at Nashville and regional locations.
