Job summary

Accenture Flex is seeking a Desk Side Engineer - Level 2 for an on-site, 5-day-per-week role at the client location in Plainview, NY. The candidate will perform end-user support from phone and email to project-based tasks, troubleshoot hardware, and onboard new users.

Required are 3+ years in des kside support, imaging workstations, VPN/VDI, and asset inventory. Strong communication and ability to lift 25 lbs are preferred. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, and retirement options.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years as Deskside Support Specialist.
• Imaging workstations and VPN/VDI support experience.
• Inventory management of corporate assets.
• High School Diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Perform work from phone/email to project-based tasks.
• Respond to calls, tickets and emails; troubleshoot incidents to resolution.
• Troubleshoot and maintain desktop hardware and business apps.
• Onboard new end users and provide onboarding.
• Provide network connectivity troubleshooting and control room support.
• Maintain hardware inventory and ship/receive assets.
• Support remote workforce and diagnose root causes.
