Job summary

Actalent is seeking an Onsite Design Project Manager to support large-scale data center construction. This role focuses on the design side and serves as the onsite extension of the Design Manager and Owner's Representative team, coordinating design activities in the field and ensuring architectural and engineering intent is executed.

You will work with contractors, engineers and stakeholders, review RFIs and submittals, monitor field conditions, and maintain design documentation and progress

Qualifications

• Experience supporting design, construction, or technical project delivery teams.
• Onsite project experience in active construction environments.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Proficiency with Procore, ACC, SharePoint, and Microsoft Teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate design delivery on site with the design management team and owner team.
• Review RFIs and submittals and document workflows.
• Observe field progress and identify design issues impacting execution.
• Maintain design logs and prepare status updates and reporting.
• Collaborate with contractors, engineers, architects and stakeholders.
