Job summary

Energy Jobline ZR in Dallas, TX seeks an experienced Project Architect to lead design teams for data center facilities. You will manage complex projects from concept through construction documents and administration, ensuring constructible, code-compliant solutions.

This on-site role requires strong Revit skills, coordination with engineers and consultants, and a hands-on approach to QA/QC. You will mentor junior staff and drive technical excellence on mission-critical projects.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial architecture experience.
• Experience leading teams on large or complex architectural projects.
• Strong proficiency with Revit.
• Experience taking projects from concept through Construction Documents (CD) and Construction Administration (CA).
• Strong technical documentation and detailing skills.
• Experience with architectural coordination and QA/QC.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Architectural registration/licensure, or actively working toward registration.
• Data center or mission-critical experience is a plus, but not required.
• Must have US work authorization.
• Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.

Responsibilities

• Lead coordination and integration of architectural and consultant documentation.
• Develop and review architectural details and technical solutions.
• Drive project QA/QC processes and ensure accuracy of drawing sets.
• Assist with project schedules, deliverables, and fees.
• Lead and mentor junior architects and other team members.
• Coordinate closely with engineers, contractors, consultants, and owners.
• Present technical design solutions and resolve project challenges.
• Take projects through phases from concept to construction documents and construction administration.
• Support early-release drawing packages and fast-paced project delivery.
• Ensure designs are practical, technically accurate, and aligned with construction requirements.
