Job summary

Actalent is seeking an Onsite Design Project Manager to support large-scale data center construction projects in Haskell, TX. This role focuses on design delivery in the field, acting as the onsite extension of the Design Manager and Owner's Representation team.

You will coordinate design activities, facilitate communication between design and construction, and ensure architectural and engineering intent is followed throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Onsite experience with design, construction, or technical delivery.
• Experience on active construction sites.
• Ability to read construction drawings and specs.
• Knowledge of design coordination processes among disciplines.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement.
• Proficiency with Teams, Excel, Procore, ACC, and SharePoint.

Responsibilities

• Serve as onsite representative for the design management team.
• Coordinate design implementation with architects, engineers, and stakeholders.
• Monitor field activities for design-related issues.
• Facilitate communication between design and construction teams.
• Review design deliverables and assist with reviews.
• Manage RFIs, submittals, and document workflows.
• Maintain logs, updates, and project records; support site coordination.
