Qualifications

• Fluency in English with clear, natural speaking ability.
• Technical proficiency with Mac computers and iPhone devices.
• Comfort using Terminal and macOS command-line tools.
• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and data-handling discipline.
• Excellent attention to detail and record-keeping.
• Reliable transportation to travel between onsite locations.
• Ability to work after 3:00 PM PST when sessions end.
• Strong organization, time-management, and communication skills.
• Work independently and coordinate with project team securely.

Responsibilities

• Retrieve SD cards containing collected data after sessions.
• Transport SD cards securely to the TransPerfect office for transfer.
• Upload data to client review systems.
• Verify successful upload before wiping the SD card.
• Follow data-handling, storage, and deletion procedures.
• Return wiped SD cards to study locations promptly.
• Coordinate pickups and drop-offs with onsite teams.
• Travel between study locations and the office as required.
• Troubleshoot basic Mac, iPhone, and data-transfer issues.
• Maintain records of data pickups, transfers, uploads and returns.
• Notify team of any issues or delays promptly.
• Adhere to project instructions and security protocols.
