Job summary

TekWissen Group seeks a Data Center Technician to perform troubleshooting, repair, and installation of Dell servers at the customer site in Memphis, TN. The role requires hands-on hardware experience, strong documentation, and the ability to follow POA guidance from Dell.

The position is a temporary onsite assignment with a standard M-F schedule and potential off-hours shifts. Candidates should have 4–6 years in the field and a relevant technical credential or degree.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• May require technical certification or Associate Degree.
• Generally, 4-6 years' experience in area of responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, order parts, perform preventative maintenance and install Dell products at the customer site.
• Triage issues with direction from Dell Support.
• Document POA results, logs and service reports to Dell via case email.
• Reseat or replace parts; server testing and diagnostics; upgrade firmware as needed.
• Parts locker management and spare parts management; parts return to Dell.
