PGTEK is seeking a Datacenter Hardware Technician to support and maintain Dell server infrastructure onsite in Dalton, GA. The role involves hands-on hardware troubleshooting, repairs, and installations (rack and stack) with a focus on uptime and reliability.

The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, physically capable, and able to work 100% onsite in a team-based datacenter setting. Compensation ranges from $80,000 to $85,000 per year, with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Must be a US citizen.
• 100% onsite presence in Dalton, GA.
• Shift may rotate; ability to work varying shifts.
• Experience racking, stacking, and servicing Dell servers in a datacenter.
• Able to lift up to 65 pounds and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostics skills.
• Excellent customer-focused communication.
• Clear team collaboration in a fast-paced datacenter.

Responsibilities
