• Minimum two years in technical or data center support.
• Good written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day data center operations and execute various projects.
• Identify and report problems; replace defective parts as directed.
• Configure OOB management interfaces on devices for remote access.
• Test and validate remote accessibility to customer systems; monitor and maintain servers and network equipment.
• Create and maintain service desk documentation and knowledge base.
