Trace3 is seeking a Senior Data Center Technician to provide hands-on and remote hand services for customers with a 100% onsite requirement and occasional travel.

The role includes data center infrastructure, compute/network/storage support, asset management, and mentoring of junior staff. Candidates should have six+ years in tech or DC support and strong networking knowledge. [e-mail] is the contact.

Qualifications

• Six years of experience in technical or data center support.
• Experience with diverse networking hardware.
• Experience creating SOPs, templates, and training materials.
• Ability to meet objectives and metrics.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on and remote hand services for customers.
• Mentor lower-level resources and complete standard reports.
• Support cross-functional teams to fulfill service requests.
• Perform data center infrastructure and cabling tasks as needed.
• Configure OS and network devices; validate remote access and readiness.
• Maintain service desk documentation and monthly reports.
