Job summary

CoreWeave is seeking a Data Center Technician to join our Data Center Operations team in a 100% onsite role. You’ll help ensure availability and reliability of our physical infrastructure, performing hardware and network diagnostics, repairs, and on-call responses as part of a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates possess strong computer hardware experience, Linux proficiency, and the ability to work in tight spaces.

Qualifications

• Computer hardware experience with troubleshooting and assembly.

Responsibilities

• Maintain data center operations to ensure service availability and reliability.
• Conduct hardware and network diagnostics and repairs.
• Root cause analysis of hardware and software failures.
• Training of internal teams.
• Development of documentation.
• Provide technical support to data center teams.
• Development of scripts to update the server and networking hardware.
• Maintain inventory.
• Assemble and install equipment.
• Perform maintenance of test and tool equipment.
• Ability to travel up to 10% of the time to other data center locations as required by business needs.
• Essential duties include the ability to respond to on-site equipment failures or emergencies within 60 minutes while on scheduled on-call.
