Job summary

CoreWeave seeks a Data Center Technician to join our on-site team and help ensure the availability and reliability of our data center infrastructure. You will diagnose hardware and network issues, perform repairs, and participate in a rotating on-call schedule in a fast-paced hyper-growth environment.

Responsibilities include equipment installation, scripting to update hardware, training of internal teams, and developing documentation.

Qualifications

• Hardware troubleshooting and assembly experience.
• Linux OS proficiency.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in data center environments.
• Willingness to participate in rotating on-call shifts.
• Strong time management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain data center operations to ensure service availability.
• Perform hardware and network diagnostics and repairs.
• Conduct root cause analysis of failures.
• Train internal teams on procedures.
• Develop and maintain documentation.
• Provide technical support to data center teams.
• Develop scripts to update server and networking hardware.
• Maintain inventory and assemble/install equipment.
• Perform maintenance of test and tool equipment.
• Travel up to 10% to other data centers as needed.
• Respond to on-site equipment failures within 60 minutes when on-call.
