Job summary

Jacobs is seeking an experienced Project Scheduler to join our Project Controls team for large-scale data center projects. This is an on-site role supporting a Spartanburg, SC project, with responsibility for developing, maintaining, and reporting integrated schedules through all project phases.

Ideal candidates bring strong EPC/EPCM execution knowledge, scheduling analytics expertise, and proven ability to coordinate with multi-disciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or related discipline, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 8 years of project scheduling experience on mission-critical facilities or large-scale projects.
• Experience supporting commissioning-intensive projects (data centers, manufacturing facilities, semiconductor facilities).
• Advanced proficiency with Primavera P6 and knowledge of EPC/EPCM execution.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and analyze integrated project schedules using Primavera P6 and Oracle Primavera Cloud.
• Coordinate with commissioning managers and startup teams to develop commissioning schedules and turnover plans.
• Analyze schedule impacts from scope, design, procurement, construction, or commissioning changes.
• Facilitate schedule development, planning, and progress review meetings with stakeholders.
• Establish WBS, coding structures, and schedule governance processes.
• Review and validate schedule logic, durations, constraints, calendars, and critical path activities.
• Perform progress updates, forecasting, variance analysis, and schedule health assessments.
• Support IAP sessions, pull-planning workshops, and execution planning activities.
• Generate schedule reports, dashboards, and presentations for leadership and clients.
