Jacobs in Spartanburg, SC is seeking an experienced Project Scheduler to join the Project Controls team for a large-scale data center project on-site in Spartanburg. The role covers developing, maintaining, and reporting integrated schedules across engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, startup, and closeout.

The ideal candidate brings 8+ years in project scheduling, strong Primavera P6 skills, and a deep understanding of system turnover and operational readiness.

Qualificações

• Minimum of 8 years of project scheduling experience in mission-critical facilities or data centers.
• Strong understanding of EPC/EPCM project execution.
• Experience with commissioning-intensive projects including turnover, startup, and operational readiness.
• Experience developing and maintaining resource-loaded and cost-loaded schedules.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, maintain, and analyze integrated project schedules using Primavera P6 and Oracle Primavera Cloud.
• Coordinate with commissioning and startup teams to create turnover plans.
• Analyze schedule impacts from scope, design, procurement, construction or commissioning changes.
• Lead schedule planning meetings with project stakeholders and update governance processes.
• Establish WBS, coding structures, and schedule governance.
• Validate schedule logic, durations, constraints, calendars, and critical path.
• Provide progress updates, forecasts, and schedule health assessments.
• Support IAP sessions, pull-planning, and execution planning activities.
• Generate schedule reports, dashboards, and management presentations.
