Job summary

Yinlun TDI LLC seeks a Sales Coordinator to support its Data Center business in North America. This early-career role focuses on developing customer relationships, coordinating with engineering and operations, and driving new opportunities in a fast-growing data center market.

The role emphasizes learning the company’s thermal management products, maintaining customer communications, and gradually taking ownership of accounts while working onsite in Fremont, CA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, account management, or a similar customer-facing commercial role.
• Demonstrated interest in developing customers and building long-term business relationships.
• Strong communication, presentation, organization, and follow-up skills.
• Comfortable working with both customers and technical/internal teams.
• Ability and willingness to learn technical products and the data center market.
• Must be able to work onsite full-time in Fremont, CA.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with customers.
• Support new customer development through outreach, follow-up, and opportunity tracking.
• Participate in customer meetings and gradually take ownership of assigned accounts.
• Prepare quotations, presentations, proposals, and other commercial materials.
• Coordinate customer requirements with engineering, operations, and global teams.
• Track sales opportunities, customer activities, forecasts, and follow-up actions.
• Conduct market and customer research to identify potential business opportunities.
• Support customer visits, trade shows, and other business development activities.
• Develop working knowledge of Yinlun’s data center thermal management products and applications.
