Job summary

Yinlun TDI LLC seeks a Sales Coordinator to support its Data Center business in North America. This early-career role offers exposure to B2B sales, account management, and the growing data center market.

You will develop customer relationships, coordinate with engineering and operations, and learn Yinlun’s thermal management products. The ideal candidate is organized, responsive, good at client communication, and eager to learn.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required.
• 1–3 years in B2B sales or related customer-facing role preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with customers.
• Support new customer development through outreach, follow-up, and opportunity tracking.
• Participate in customer meetings and gradually take ownership of assigned accounts.
• Prepare quotations, presentations, proposals, and other commercial materials.
• Coordinate customer requirements with engineering, operations, and global teams.
• Track sales opportunities, customer activities, forecasts, and follow-up actions.
• Conduct market and customer research to identify potential business opportunities.
• Support customer visits, trade shows, and other business development activities.
• Develop working knowledge of Yinlun’s data center thermal management products and applications.
