Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Construction Management or equivalent experience.
• Strong Civil and Structural QA/QC background.
• Experience in Data Center or mission-critical construction.
• QA/QC processes in construction or MEP-focused projects.
• Familiarity with Procore and Cx Alloy.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage documentation and inspection workflows.
• Willingness to work onsite full-time.

Responsibilities

• Provide Client representation as the General Contractor QA/QC Manager for a Data Center project.
• Conduct the Planning Phase of the Quality Control Program (QCP) with Site Operations at kickoff.
• Develop site-specific QC Programs and obtain Senior QC Manager review.
• Lead daily QC huddles to review activities and reinforce quality expectations.
• Mentor, supervise, and train QC Associates and site operations team members.
• Create tailored meeting agendas and inspection templates for each Field of Work.
• Support Site Operations in executing the four-step QC Program for each FOW.
• Attend preparatory and initial phase meetings to improve efficiency.
• Analyze performance metric data, perform root-cause analysis, and recommend improvements.
• Submit monthly QC performance metric reports to the Senior QC Manager.
• Track and manage all QC documentation, including third-party inspections and tests.
• Ensure CSA and MEP QC documentation is uploaded into Procore or similar platforms.
• Collaborate with MEP Managers and Superintendents on commissioning documentation.
• Provide weekly QC status reports with progress and issues.
• Attend internal progress and client-facing meetings for feedback.
• Promote safe work practices across QC programs and project phases.
• Manage subcontractor participation in the QCP and ensure documentation standards.
• Audit daily reports and inspection logs for program alignment.
• Serve as primary interface with client representatives on QC matters.
• Support milestone delivery and ensure quality expectations at each stage.
• Support multiple projects simultaneously and adapt QC strategies.
• Develop and maintain tracking logs for deliverables and corrective actions.
• Participate in candidate interviews for the QCS Group and present QCP during client interviews.
• Complete QC tasks and support departmental initiatives.
• Provide training to team members on QC tools and best practices.
