Job summary

E2 Optics in Denver, CO is hiring a Project Manager for a full-time onsite role. You will drive project schedules, coordinate with clients and subcontractors, manage budgets and risk, and ensure safety and quality across complex data center builds.

The role requires 5+ years of PM experience, PMP is preferred, and travel may be required. You will mentor teams, prepare progress reports, and ensure successful project close-out under GMP contracts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
• Certified PMP certification preferred.
• BICSI RCDD Certification preferred.
• BICSI RTPM Certification preferred.
• OSHA 30 certified preferred.
• Experience in commercial and/or data center construction and project management.
• Experience managing large scale client projects with GMP contracts.
• Knowledge of structured cabling industry and safety standards.
• Ability to travel overnight as required.

Responsibilities

• Participates in the RFP process and reviews plans and bid forms.
• Manage project scheduling to control costs and meet contract requirements.
• Lead client communications and provide progress reports.
• Coordinate change orders with PE/SI and other teams.
• Oversee mobilization, resources, and on-site equipment.
• Ensure safety, QA/QC alignment and project profitability.
• Travel as required by E2 Optics.
