Job summary

E2 Optics is seeking a Project Manager to lead complex project deliveries in a fast-paced environment. The role covers pre-project activities, start-up interfaces with clients, and end-to-end project execution across design, procurement, and installation phases.

The candidate will coordinate with Operations and QA/QC, manage schedules and budgets, and ensure safety and quality standards are met. Travel may be required to client sites and job locations.

Qualifications

• Experience in commercial and/or data center construction and project management.
• Ability to manage large scale projects and GMP contracts.
• Familiarity with RFP processes and contract review.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the pre-project phase including RFP review and client relationship cultivation.
• Develop mobilization plans and resource requirements with Operations.
• Manage scheduling, cost control, and vendor relationships during project execution.
• Provide progress reports and manage change orders with clients and internal teams.
• Oversee project close-out and customer sign-off; ensure compliance with safety standards.
