E2 Optics in Ohio is seeking a detail‑oriented Project Coordinator to support program managers and field teams in scheduling, data analysis, and procurement. You will manage timecards, track costs, and help keep projects on schedule while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Associates degree preferred.
• 1–2 years of experience in construction project coordination.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety policies and company procedures on worksites.
• Support program managers, project managers, and superintendents with data collection and analysis.
• Attend project controls meetings and assist with implementing control measures.
• Manage timecard entries, job codes, and weekly tracker updates for accuracy.
• Process purchase orders and support procurement and logistics.
