Job summary

E2 Optics is a Woman-Owned technology integrator focused on data center infrastructure, AI and cloud-ready environments. The role involves leading field teams, coordinating with PMs and technicians, and ensuring projects stay on schedule and within safety standards.

Candidates should have a construction or related degree and relevant certifications (BICSI, PMI CAPM, CPCT) with 3+ years of supervision experience in large data centers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred.
• PMI CAPM and BICSI credentials highly regarded.
• Experience in large data center infrastructure projects and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead field teams and coordinate with Project Managers and Lead Technicians.
• Oversee scheduling, budgeting, and resource planning.
• Ensure compliance with codes, standards and client expectations.
• Provide leadership and training to field staff.
