Job summary

MGAC is seeking a Data Center Construction Project Manager (Junior to Mid) to lead high-visibility data center and hospital projects from Richmond, VA. The role demands 3+ years in construction project management, a construction-related degree, and 2+ years on critical environment builds, with MEP experience in ground-up work.

You will coordinate schedules, budgets, and client relations within a growing Critical Environments team.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in construction project management.
• Bachelor’s or Associate degree in construction-related discipline.
• 2+ years of experience managing critical environment construction projects.
• MEP experience in ground-up construction.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, problem-solving, presentation, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage the full scope of projects while simultaneously managing components of others.
• Mentor and lead teams while managing schedule, scope, and budget.
• Lead project risk management, contingency planning, and schedule and budget recovery planning.
• Achieve and maintain the client’s vision as a trusted partner.
