Job summary

MGAC is seeking a Project Manager for Critical Environments to lead data center and hospital construction projects. This role requires onsite work in Richmond, VA, with 4–5 days per week in the office to align with client needs and project schedules.

You will manage scope, schedule, and budget while mentoring teams and maintaining client partnerships to drive successful outcomes in high-visibility environments.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in construction project management with understanding of the building design and construction process.
• 2+ years of construction cost management experience.
• 2+ years of experience managing critical environment construction projects (e.g., data centers, labs, hospitals).
• MEP experience in ground-up construction.

Responsibilities

• Manage full project scope and related components across multiple projects.
• Mentor teams, oversee schedule, scope, and budget.
• Lead risk management, contingency planning, and recovery efforts.
• Maintain and realize the client’s vision as a trusted partner.
