MGAC’s Data Center Construction team seeks a mid-to-senior Project Manager to lead critical environment projects, including data centers, with on-site presence in Manassas, VA. You will own project scope, schedule, and budget, and collaborate with owners, A/E professionals, contractors, and suppliers.

Bring 5+ years in construction PM, plus ground-up MEP experience, and a proven track record managing complex programs. MGAC offers a lively culture, generous PTO, and a strong benefits package.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in construction project management.
• Bachelor’s, Associate’s, or equivalent experience in construction.
• 2+ years of managing critical environment construction projects (data centers).
• MEP experience in ground-up construction.
• Strong analytical, organizational and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Independently manage the full scope of projects and components of others.
• Mentor and lead teams while managing schedule, scope and budget.
• Lead project risk management, contingency planning, and recovery planning.
• Maintain the client’s vision as a trusted partner.
• Collaborate with clients, A&E professionals, contractors/GCs, vendors.
