Job summary

MGAC’s Critical Environments team in Leesburg, VA seeks a mid to senior Data Center Construction Project Manager to own complex projects. You’ll independently manage full scope, mentor teams, and lead schedule, scope, and budget while resolving issues as owner’s representative.

Requirements include 3+ years in construction PM with building design knowledge and 2+ years in critical environment projects. Join a growing boutique consultancy with strong benefits and a collaborative culture.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of construction project management experience with building design knowledge.
• Bachelor’s, Associate’s, or equivalent construction-related discipline.
• 2+ years of critical environment construction project management (data centers, labs, hospitals).
• MEP experience in ground-up construction.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, problem-solving, presentation, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication.
• Ambitious and PM-focused with a drive for growth in a modern environment.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage full project scope while guiding components of others.
• Mentor and lead teams, manage schedule, scope, and budget.
• Lead project risk management, contingency planning, and recovery efforts.
• Ensure alignment with client vision and act as trusted partner.
• Collaborate with owners, A&E, contractors, vendors, and teams.
