Job summary

MGAC is seeking a Data Center Construction - Junior to Mid Project Manager in Richmond, VA to lead critical environment projects. You will manage scope, schedule, and budget, mentor teams, and partner with clients and A&E professionals to keep projects on track.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in construction PM, 2+ years in data center projects, and strong MEP experience. This is an onsite role with a collaborative, growth-focused culture.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in construction project management.
• 2+ years of experience managing data center projects.
• MEP experience in ground-up construction.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ambitious with a focus on growth in a modern, energetic firm.

Responsibilities

• Lead full scope of projects independently while managing multiple components.
• Mentor and lead teams; manage schedule, scope, and budget.
• Lead risk management and contingency planning; schedule/budget recovery.
• Ensure client satisfaction and maintain trusted partnerships.
• Manage invoicing, collections, and identify add-services opportunities.
• Maintain collaborative relationships with clients, A&E professionals, contractors, vendors, and teams.
