Job summary

MGAC is seeking a Data Center Construction- Mid to Senior Project Manager to lead critical environments projects from inception through completion. The role requires onsite presence in Leesburg, VA for 4–5 days per week, partnering with clients and design teams to deliver high-visibility data center and hospital environments.

Ideal candidates bring 3+ years in construction PM, 2+ years in critical environments, and strong communication and leadership abilities to drive projects on time and

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in construction project management.
• 2+ years of experience managing critical environment construction projects (data centers, labs, hospitals).
• MEP experience in ground-up construction.
• Bachelor's, Associate's, or equivalent construction-related education.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage full scope of projects and components of others.
• Mentor and lead teams; manage schedule, scope, and budget.
• Lead project risk management and contingency planning.
• Maintain client trust to achieve project vision.
• Coordinate with clients, A&E professionals, contractors/GCs, and vendors.
