Job summary

MGAC’s Critical Environments team seeks a Data Center Construction- Project Manager to lead high-visibility data center and hospital projects. This role focuses on delivering projects on time and within budget while coordinating with owners, A&E professionals, contractors, and vendors.

You will independently manage full project scopes, mentor teams, and ensure alignment with the client’s vision in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Richmond on-site presence is required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in construction project management.
• Bachelor’s, Associate’s, or equivalent experience in a construction-related discipline.
• 2+ years of experience managing critical environment construction projects (data centers, labs, hospitals).
• MEP experience in ground-up construction.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage the full scope of projects while simultaneously managing components of others.
• Mentor and lead teams while managing schedule, scope, and budget.
• Lead project risk management, contingency planning, and schedule and budget recovery planning.
• Achieve and maintain the client’s vision as a trusted partner.
