Job summary

CBRE is seeking an Owner Representative Project Manager to lead all aspects of Data Center construction projects onsite in Charleston, SC. The role requires coordinating with GC, design teams, and authorities to manage the schedule, budget, vendor pre-qualification, and contract terms.

You will drive cost control, value engineering, cash flow projections, and closeout documentation while ensuring QA/QC and timely approvals.

Qualifications

• Solid understanding of MEP construction management and capital project delivery.
• 5+ years of related experience in construction or project management.
• Ability to lead owner-direct vendors and manage budgets and schedules.

Responsibilities

• Lead Master Project Schedule and Budget development, including soft and hard costs.
• Coordinate design team activities and permitting processes with authorities.
• Manage cost/change control, bids, negotiations, and RFI/submittal tracking.
• Oversee QA/QC, invoicing, payments, and closeout documentation.
• Lead OAC meetings and coordinate vendor and consultant relationships.
