Job summary

CBRE is seeking an Owner Representative Project Manager to lead data center construction projects onsite in Charleston, SC. You will manage the Master Schedule and Budget, ensure vendor compliance with construction agreements, and oversee overall delivery including cost control, QA/QC, and closeout.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Construction or Engineering and 5+ years of related experience in capital projects, with strong coordination and negotiation skills for

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Construction or Engineering.
• 5+ years of related experience in capital projects and data center environments.
• Strong understanding of MEP construction management and project controls.

Responsibilities

• Lead Master Project Schedule and Budget development, including soft/hard costs and contingencies.
• Coordinate design teams, vendor pre-qualification, bids, and recommendations.
• Negotiate contracts with clients and legal counsel, including terms and fees.
• Manage cost estimates, cash flow, value engineering, and change control.
• Oversee QA/QC, document control, submittals, RFIs, and closeout activities.
• Lead OAC and project meetings, track invoices and payments, and monitor approvals.
