Job summary

CBRE is seeking an Owner Representative Project Manager to lead all aspects of data center construction projects on site in Charleston, SC. You will manage the Master Project Schedule, budget, and vendor compliance while coordinating with design teams and authorities for timely approvals.

Responsibilities include cost control, value engineering, cash-flow projections, and guiding owner-direct vendors through the project lifecycle from pre-construction through close-out.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Construction or Engineering is required.
• Solid understanding of MEP construction management with a track record of leading capital projects.
• 5 or more years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead Master Project Schedule development based on Critical Path and key milestones.
• Create and manage Master Project Budget including soft/hard costs, bonds, insurance, contingencies, and allowances.
• Support contractor pre-qualification, bid solicitation, bid analysis and recommendations.
• Coordinate design team activities and ensure city/authority approvals and permitting.
• Oversee cost estimates with subs and vendors for scope gaps/changes and value engineering.
• Produce monthly cash flow projections and track project documents (submittals, RFIs, change orders, liens).
• Lead owner-direct vendors and consultants, manage OAC meetings and close-out processes.
