Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Project Manager to oversee real estate projects from initiation through completion, providing consulting services to an assigned market or client account to help achieve CBRE's strategic objectives. This is an onsite full-time role based in Fredericksburg, VA.

You will manage scope, resources, budgets, schedules, quality, and risk, while coordinating with clients and internal teams. The role requires strong leadership, governance, and data integrity across project delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; combination of experience and education will be considered.
• 5–8 years of relevant project management experience.
• LEED AP, PMP and/or CCM designations preferred.
• Strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Manage all areas of project management for singular real estate projects from initiation to closeout.
• Work with clients to prepare scope, resources, budgets, schedules, quality, and risk.
• Define delivery resources, issue RFPs, evaluate bids, and recommend resources.
• Implement governance, ensure data integrity, and maintain accurate documentation.
• Lead the project team, track progress, and report status and variances.
• Identify threats, craft risk mitigation and contingency plans.
