Job summary

Lambda is seeking a Construction Onsite Foreman in Reno to lead data center projects, supervise crews, and coordinate multi-trade installation activities on-site. You will ensure safety compliance, maintain schedules, and drive open-item closure through to turnover.

The role requires hands-on field experience with mission-critical facilities, strong drawing literacy, and the ability to travel, with a focus on delivering energized, quality installations on time.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising data center construction and fit-outs.
• Ability to direct multiple trades and coordinate crews on live sites.
• Strong reading of drawings, specs and submittals.

Responsibilities

• Serve as on-site lead for data center projects and direct daily activities of trades.
• Oversee fit-out and installation of rack, containment, cabling, and power systems.
• Enforce safety, permits, and PPE; conduct daily safety walks and near-miss reporting.
• Produce daily field reports, maintain lookahead, and manage punch lists and turnover.
