Job summary

Lambda Labs is seeking a Construction Onsite Foreman to lead on-site activities for data center projects, coordinating MEP, low voltage, and network install teams. You will enforce safety standards, manage daily field operations, and ensure work aligns with drawings and schedules.

You will direct crews, coordinate vendors, manage OFCI equipment, and drive punch lists to closure, while maintaining field records and turning over to Data Center Operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; trade apprenticeship or journeyman license preferred.
• Experience supervising data center construction, fit-outs, or mission-critical facilities.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and submittals.
• Familiarity with LOTO, energized work permits, and site safety.
• Proven track record managing multiple trades on a live data center site.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily activity of on-site crews and contractors.
• Oversee data center fit-out, cabling, and cooling installations.
• Enforce safety, quality standards, and permit compliance.
• Maintain field documentation, daily reports, and redlines.
• Coordinate outages, access, and vendor logistics on site.
• Track progress against schedule and manage lookaheads.
• Lead commissioning support and turnover to operations.
