Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking an on-site Foreman to oversee multi-crews on data center projects. You will coordinate with field engineers, manage labor and materials, and ensure safety and schedule adherence from design through build and closeout.

Responsibilities include QAQC, communicating with the Project Manager, and ensuring compliance with customer standards and processes. Strong leadership and cabling install experience are required.

Qualifications

• Five years+ experience in installation of cabling, rack infrastructure and managing large builds
• Ability to lead multiple crews and prioritize effectively
• Strong documentation and reporting skills
• Proficient with MS Office and project management tools
• Familiarity with safety standards and customer requirements

Responsibilities

• Report directly to the onsite Project Manager
• Coordinate with field engineers and trade contractors
• Oversee productivity, milestones and safety on site
• Manage labor, materials and QAQC for each build
• Ensure compliance with customer standards and processes
• Attend design and build review meetings as needed
