Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a dynamic Superintendent to lead field execution on large commercial or data center projects in Reno, NV. This 12-month contract-to-hire role requires managing safety, quality, schedule, production and logistics onsite.

The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience on ground-up projects and deep knowledge of local codes, with strong Procore and scheduling skills. You will coordinate trades, vendors and city inspections, ensuring accountability and productivity on

Qualifications

• 7+ years of related experience on large commercial or data center projects.
• Local subcontractor market and industry experience
• Procore experience
• Strong computer skills; proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, MS Outlook, Procore, P6
• Able to lead and manage teams; excellent communication with project stakeholders; knowledge of local, state, and federal building codes and CPM scheduling

Responsibilities

• Manages daily field execution and trade coordination
• Manage safety, quality, schedule, production, logistics and coordination
• Represents the company in meetings and interfaces with all project stakeholders
• Coordinates and directs all subcontractor and vendors
• Works with the project team to establish goals and develop accountability
• Assumes responsibility for productivity of crafts, efficient use of materials and equipment, and contractual performance
• Works closely with city officials in inspections from day one
• Verifies subcontractor completes the assigned scope of work
