• 3+ years hands-on experience with enterprise servers and data center hardware.
• Direct, hands-on server hardware repair, installation, and replacement experience.
• Experience with memory, CPUs, power supplies, storage, RAID/HBA, NICs, and GPUs.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site technical support for Dell PowerEdge and enterprise servers.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware failures to minimize downtime.
• Perform hardware installation, replacement, and configuration, including rack-and-stack.
• Troubleshoot BIOS/firmware, OS, and diagnostics; document activities and resolutions.
