Astemo Indiana, Inc. is seeking a Cycle Count Associate to maintain accurate inventory records through routine counts, system verification, and investigation of discrepancies.

This onsite role collaborates with the Inventory Control Supervisor and cross‑functional teams to ensure material control throughout the facility. You will perform scheduled cycle counts, compare counts to ERP records, and document adjustments.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn inventory management/ERP systems.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify discrepancies.
• Basic math skills, including counting, addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
• Ability to read and follow written work instructions, inventory documentation, and procedures.
• Ability to work independently while communicating effectively with team members and other departments.

Responsabilidades

• Perform scheduled and routine cycle counts of raw materials, components, finished goods, and other inventory.
• Compare physical inventory quantities to inventory system records and identify discrepancies.
• Research and investigate inventory variances to determine root causes and recommend corrective actions.
• Record count results and complete required inventory adjustments in the ERP system.
• Verify proper identification, labeling, storage, and location of materials.
• Conduct recounts and follow up on discrepancies as directed by the Inventory Control Supervisor.
• Assist with periodic physical inventories and other inventory audits as needed.
• Monitor inventory locations and report misplaced, damaged, or improperly stored materials.
• Collaborate with Warehouse, Production, Materials, and other departments to resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate and organized inventory records and documentation.
• Follow all safety, quality, environmental, and inventory control procedures.
