Job summary

NJ Inventory Management Assoc (Cycle Count) is seeking a detail-oriented Inventory Cycle Count Associate to support inventory accuracy in a fast-paced warehouse environment. You will perform counts, verify product information, and investigate discrepancies to ensure data integrity and reliable inventory records.

Qualifications

• Able to read and verify product labels, SKUs, and packing information.
• Experience with inventory control or cycle counting is preferred.
• Bilingual – English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled cycle counts accurately according to procedures.
• Verify quantities, SKUs, lot numbers, expiration dates, and locations.
• Compare counts with system records to identify discrepancies.
• Research and communicate inventory discrepancies to leadership.
• Use RF scanners and WMS to complete inventory tasks.
• Maintain accurate records and escalate concerns as needed.
