Job summary

BESTAFF is seeking a Cycle Counter II to join the Warehouse / Inventory Control team in Indianapolis, IN. You will perform cycle counts, manage inventory transactions, and help ensure data integrity across WMS and ERP systems.

Ideal candidates have 2–4 years of warehouse/inventory control experience, strong cycle counting skills, and proficiency with Windows, Excel, WMS, ERP, and MRP tools.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2–4 years of experience in warehouse or inventory control.
• Strong cycle counting and inventory accuracy skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage, perform, and monitor cycle counts and related inventory transactions.
• Ensure 100% accurate data entry and physical inventory counts.
• Maintain overall inventory accuracy across the warehouse.
• Support warehouse leadership and cross‑functional teams in inventory control.
