This onsite role collaborates with Inventory Control, Materials, Warehouse, and Production to ensure material control throughout the facility. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, basic math and computer skills, and the ability to learn ERP systems.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Basic math skills and ability to learn inventory management/ERP systems.
• Ability to read and understand written work instructions, inventory documentation, and procedures.
• Ability to work independently while communicating with team members.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled cycle counts of raw materials, components, finished goods, and other inventory.
• Compare physical counts to system records and identify discrepancies.
• Research and investigate variances to determine root causes and corrective actions.
• Record count results and complete inventory adjustments in the system.
• Verify labeling, storage, and location of materials.
• Conduct recounts and follow up on discrepancies as directed.
• Assist with periodic physical inventories and audits as needed.
• Monitor inventory locations and report misplaced or damaged materials.
• Collaborate with Warehouse, Production, Materials, and other departments to resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and documentation.
